Account Executive

Josh De Las Casas

With a background in banking and a passion for building strong relationships, I am committed to helping mortgage brokers succeed. Before stepping into the wholesale lending space, I spent nearly two years as a Universal Banker at Columbia Bank, where I developed a deep understanding of financial services and client support. That experience laid the foundation for my transition to MLB Wholesale—a move that has allowed me to grow, challenge myself, and refine my expertise in the mortgage industry.

At MLB Wholesale, I have the freedom and resources to tailor my approach to best serve my broker partners. My goal is to be more than just a point of contact—I strive to be a reliable and knowledgeable resource brokers can count on to navigate loan scenarios, structure deals, and close loans efficiently. Whether it’s breaking down complex guidelines or finding creative solutions, I am always ready to provide the support needed to help brokers thrive.

When I’m not working with my broker partners, you can find me on the soccer field or enjoying a great anime series. Just like in sports, I bring dedication, strategy, and teamwork to everything I do—ensuring that my brokers have the tools and support they need to win in this competitive market.
