New as of Oct 1st – MUST click the "Request Loan Estimate" button in the LOAN ESTIMATE/FEE MANAGEMENT screen in order to request your disclosures before submitting to underwriting. In order to submit your loan to underwriting "Submit to UW" button must be clicked. In addition, when submitting conditions you must now click "RE-SUBMIT LOAN"

I have worked in various capacities in mortgage lending for my entire career, including retail and wholesale lending, title insurance, originations and branch management.
I began my career as a mortgage loan officer and became a top originator for 5 years. Soon afterwards I became a branch manager, then regional manager, managing 5 offices and approximately 40 loan officers.
I changed my focus from retail to wholesale mortgage lending when I was offered an opportunity to start a wholesale operation for a large regional bank and spent the next few years building and improving that operation. Subsequently, I managed a regional wholesale operation for a large mortgage banker, managing several offices in a number of states.
I then had an opportunity to move into the title industry and became a licensed title officer. My experience included working for a national title company, national bank, and a national builder, and I was responsible for title operations and closing for the tri-state area.
I have extensive experience in start-ups, having set up title and mortgage operations for various banks and mortgage companies. My duties have included originations and management of closings and disbursements in all 50 states.
Within the last few years I moved to Florida and am excited about the dynamic housing market and the opportunities to use my mortgage and title experience with MLB.
